About Mollie
I'm Mollie Hollie, a career coach and strategic mentor and background gives me something most career coaches can't offer: I've actually done it.
I've changed industries, changed roles, moved from employment into entrepreneurship, and rebuilt my professional identity more than once. I know what it feels like to be competent and capable but completely unclear on what comes next — and I know what it takes to move forward with a plan rather than just hope.
What I bring to career coaching is the combination of strategic clarity and emotional intelligence. I'm genuinely skilled at helping people untangle what they want from what they think they should want, identify what they're actually great at, and build a realistic transition plan that fits their life — not just their CV.
My approach draws on values-based coaching, strengths identification, goal-setting frameworks, and lifestyle design principles. For clients navigating the anxiety and uncertainty that comes with significant change, I also bring experience in stress management and nervous system tools that help you stay grounded and make good decisions under pressure.

Career transitions are rarely just a practical problem. They're an identity shift. And that's exactly why most career advice falls short — it tells you what to do, but doesn't address the fear, self-doubt, and nervous system resistance that gets in the way of actually doing it.
What we work on together:

- Identifying the career, role, or business model that genuinely aligns with your life and where you're heading
- Building a realistic, step-by-step transition plan so the leap feels structured, not terrifying

My methodology:
I combine career coaching and strategic mentoring with nervous system and mindset tools — because making a major career move requires both a clear plan and the internal stability to follow through on it. Sessions draw on values-based coaching, strengths identification, lifestyle design, and goal-setting frameworks, alongside practical transition planning and accountability.
This is not CV writing or job application coaching. It is deep-dive strategic mentoring for people who want to make the right move — not just any move.
