About Sayed
With over 13 years of experience teaching IGCSE, A-Level and IB Chemistry, I've guided hundreds of students from confusion and exam stress to genuine confidence and top grades. I currently teach Chemistry at an international school in Kuala Lumpur, where I also coordinate an international diploma programme — so I know precisely what examiners expect and exactly where students typically lose marks.
I believe no student is "bad at Chemistry" — they've simply never had it explained in a way that clicked. That belief shapes everything I do: I don't just teach content, I build a complete system around each student so that progress is visible, structured, and guaranteed to compound lesson after lesson.
I'm deeply familiar with Cambridge mark scheme conventions, common student pitfalls, and exactly how command words are examined — knowledge built from over a decade in the classroom. I'm also currently pursuing a PhD, which keeps me constantly refining not just what I teach, but how students learn best.

I came to a new school for my IGCSE and teacher Sayed was my Chemistry teacher. He has made a huge difference and strongly influenced my understanding of the subject. His lessons are always well structured, engaging, and easy to follow, even when the topics are challenging. He explains concepts clearly, takes the time to answer questions as well as helping by practicing questions together.
One of the things I value most is how he connects theory to practical examples, which makes chemistry much easier to understand and remember. His patience, encouragement, and willingness to help have made me feel more confident in my abilities and motivated me to keep improving.
