About Lahari
Hi! I’m Lahari, a friendly and patient yoga enthusiast who enjoys helping people discover the benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
I have been actively involved in yoga activities at my college and have experience participating in and organizing yoga-related activities. I enjoy making yoga approachable for beginners and creating a comfortable environment where students can learn without feeling pressured.
My teaching style is simple, patient, and encouraging. I focus on explaining each movement clearly and helping students understand the basics before progressing to more challenging practices.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or want to improve your flexibility, basic asanas, breathing practices, and relaxation, I would be happy to guide you through your learning journey.

My yoga classes are designed to be simple, comfortable, and suitable for beginners. I believe yoga is not about forcing the body into difficult poses, but about learning proper techniques, improving flexibility, developing body awareness, and creating a calm and focused mind.
I adapt each session according to the student's experience, comfort level, and goals. Classes may include basic warm-ups, yoga asanas, breathing exercises, stretching, relaxation, and a short cool-down.
A typical session begins with gentle warm-up movements, followed by suitable yoga postures and breathing practices. I explain the correct posture and technique step by step and allow students to practice at their own pace. We finish with relaxation and a brief review of the session.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and beginner-friendly. I focus on helping students practice safely and comfortably rather than rushing through poses.
My classes are suitable for beginners, school and college students, and adults who want to learn basic yoga, improve flexibility, practice relaxation, and develop a regular yoga routine.
