About Tahlayla
I am a responsible and motivated Year 12 student at Saint Stephen’s College with a genuine love for English, reading and writing. I have always enjoyed helping others understand their schoolwork and gain confidence in their abilities, which is why I am passionate about tutoring.
I am patient, reliable and calm, and I pride myself on being someone younger students feel comfortable around. I understand how overwhelming school can sometimes feel, and I aim to make learning clearer and less stressful through encouragement and simple explanations.
As a current student, I am very familiar with what teachers expect and how to approach assignments and assessments effectively. I enjoy creating a positive learning environment where students feel supported, capable and motivated to improve.

Hi! I’m a friendly Year 12 student at Saint Stephen’s College who loves English, reading and helping others learn. I tutor primary and junior students who want to feel more confident with their writing, reading and overall English skills.
I help with comprehension, paragraph and essay writing, spelling, grammar and homework support. My goal is to make English feel less stressful and more manageable by explaining things in simple, clear ways.
I’m patient and encouraging, and I always adjust my lessons to suit how each student learns best. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence at their own pace.
Because I am currently studying English at a high level, I understand exactly what teachers are looking for and can pass that knowledge on in a helpful way.
