About Daevin

I graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, and since then I’ve built my career in sales, working with industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Salesforce, and CoStar Group. Today, I work in commercial real estate underwriting, where I analyze deals, crunch numbers, and rely on strong quantitative skills every single day.

That real-world math experience is exactly what I bring to tutoring. I know firsthand how math isn’t just theory, it’s a tool you’ll actually use, whether you’re closing a deal, building a budget, or just trying to pass your next exam with confidence. My background in sales also means I know how to communicate clearly, listen closely to what you actually need, and explain things in a way that clicks! No jargon, no judgment, just patient, friendly guidance.

I believe learning math should feel achievable and even fun, not stressful. Whether you’re working through algebra, geometry, or more advanced coursework, I’m here to break things down step by step and help you build real confidence, not just memorize formulas.

If you’re looking for a tutor who’s high-achieving, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in your success, I’d love to work with you.

Struggling with math shouldn’t mean struggling alone. I combine strong academic credentials with a genuine passion for teaching. I break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and never make you feel rushed or judged for asking questions. My patience means we go at your pace, revisiting ideas as many times as needed until they truly click. I keep communication open and honest, so you always know where you stand and what to work on next.

But learning math doesn’t have to be dry. I bring energy and creativity to every lesson, using real-world examples, engaging problems, and a friendly, approachable style that makes even tricky topics feel achievable, and yes, even enjoyable. With a track record of strong results, I don’t just help you get through math; I help you build the confidence and skills to actually get good at it.

If you want a tutor who’s as invested in your success as you are, and who makes the process feel supportive rather than stressful, I’d love to help.
