About Chloe
I am a USA-based female piano and keyboard tutor with 5 years of online live teaching experience working with K-12 students, high school learners, college first-year students, and beginner musicians. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance with a concentration in Keyboard Studies and later completed professional training workshops focused on student-centered online music education. Throughout my teaching career, I have helped students prepare for school recitals, keyboard performances, beginner competitions, church music programs, and personal music development goals. I enjoy creating customized lessons that balance technical improvement with creativity and musical enjoyment!
I received the “Silver Key Creative Music Mentor Medal” and the “American Young Pianist Support Award” for my contribution to beginner-friendly online piano education and student performance preparation. I believe music lessons should be engaging, encouraging, and comfortable for learners at every level. I use organized lesson structures, motivational practice strategies, and supportive communication to help students improve steadily while enjoying the learning process. I also share real experiences related to performances, practice habits, rehearsal preparation, and overcoming performance nervousness during lessons!
Outside of music teaching, I enjoy watercolor painting, baking homemade desserts, coastal travel photography, journaling at coffee shops, home gardening, and visiting live jazz piano performances across different USA cities. I love exploring creative keyboard arrangements and modern music education methods that help students stay inspired and motivated. My goal is always to create online piano lessons that are welcoming, educational, and confidence-building while helping students grow into expressive and independent musicians through supportive one-to-one live instruction!

Welcome to my online one-to-one piano lessons designed for K-12 students, high school learners, college first-year students, and beginner adult musicians across the USA! My piano lessons are focused on helping students develop strong musical foundations while enjoying the learning process in a supportive and encouraging environment. I teach students using keyboard, synthesizer, and acoustic piano practice methods depending on their learning goals and available instruments at home. Every student learns differently, so I customize lesson plans carefully to match their level, musical interests, and long-term goals. Students are also welcome to share songs or practice material before class so I can prepare personalized lesson activities!
In my lessons, students learn piano fundamentals including hand coordination, rhythm training, finger placement, posture improvement, chord progressions, melody practice, and sight-reading techniques. I also teach synthesizer basics, keyboard performance, improvisation exercises, music reading, ear training, and musical interpretation. Students can explore different styles including classical beginner piano, pop keyboard, jazz basics, cinematic music, church piano, contemporary accompaniment, and relaxing instrumental music. I explain concepts step by step so students feel comfortable while learning new techniques and building confidence gradually through regular guided practice!
For students preparing for exams, recitals, school performances, or competitions, I provide organized practice schedules, technical exercises, revision support, and mock performance preparation. I focus on improving rhythm accuracy, confidence, performance flow, musical expression, and consistency during practice sessions. I also teach students how to practice effectively at home using simple routines that support long-term progress without stress or confusion. My lessons are designed to keep younger learners motivated through interactive activities, musical creativity exercises, and enjoyable learning experiences that encourage steady improvement and confidence growth!
My online one-to-one live piano lessons are supportive, organized, and beginner-friendly for students of all ages. I help students improve musical creativity while learning important technical skills and performance habits. I also guide students in songwriting basics, accompaniment playing, keyboard coordination, and expressive musical interpretation. Parents appreciate my calm teaching style and structured lesson approach because I focus on making music learning positive, motivating, and enjoyable for every student.
