About Peter
I’ve always had a real love for music, and the guitar has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. My musical journey began as a boy chorister, where I first experienced the joy of making music and being part of something expressive and meaningful.
I started playing guitar at a young age, originally wanting to learn the popular songs I was hearing at the time. Over the years, that curiosity grew into a deeper connection with the instrument, eventually leading me to discover classical guitar. From that point on, it became a lifelong passion.
I’ve spent many years studying and playing, but I still approach music with the same sense of enjoyment and curiosity I had at the beginning. My tastes are quite varied—from Bach to the Beatles—and I think that openness helps keep both my playing and teaching fresh, engaging, and enjoyable.

Starting to play guitar is the beginning of a lifetime of enjoyment, both for yourself and for those around you. I believe that building a strong technical foundation from the very start is essential, as it supports years of progress, confidence, and musical expression.
As a teacher, I focus on developing clear technique alongside musicality, helping students not only play accurately but also express themselves through the instrument. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each individual, ensuring that every student enjoys the learning process while steadily improving.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, my goal is to guide you towards becoming a confident and expressive classical guitarist.
