About Valeria
I genuinely enjoy helping others improve their fluency and confidence, I have an outgoing character and have always supported people with their Spanish skills, so teaching comes natural to me. I tend to take a personal approach to teaching, adapting my lessons to students level and goals. Whether you're looking to build conversational confidence or strengthen your reading skills, I aim to create a relaxed learning environment.
In addition to this I also help students from primary to A-level to build their confidence, exam technique and grades!

My lessons are focused on conversation and building confidence in real life situations. As a native Spanish speaker, I take a patient and supporting approach, helping and encouraging the student to feel comfortable expressing themselves from the beginning.
I also like to understand where each student is struggling whether it's pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary etc.
I can help refine your accent and expand your vocabulary to develop both your speaking and writing skills in a natural way.
Lessons are suitable for a range of students from primary to adults hoping to practise their fluency with a native speaker. I also work great with children who may need extra support refining their existing understanding.
Each session is adapted at your pace and goals which will allow me to tailor and adapt lessons for the student. I always aim to make my lessons fun specially for younger students.
