About Asma
Hi! I’m a 10th-grade student who has always enjoyed the logic of Math and working with younger students. I decided to start tutoring because I know how frustrating it can be when a math concept just doesn't 'click' right away. I want to help students build their confidence in a low-pressure, supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes while they learn. I’m patient, friendly, and I focus on explaining the 'how' and 'why' behind numbers in a way that’s easy to follow. My goal is to take the stress out of Math and help students see that they’re actually much more capable than they think.

I provide patient and supportive online Math tutoring for students in primary and lower secondary. I know firsthand that Math can feel pretty intimidating, so I focus on breaking down tricky topics into simple, manageable steps that actually make sense. My lessons are usually an hour long and are all about building a solid foundation instead of just memorizing formulas for a test. I’m big on sharpening mental math for speed, turning Algebra from a mystery into a logic game, and teaching students a step-by-step way to think through problems so they can eventually tackle them on their own.
