About Faith
I am a Computer Science graduate originally from Nigeria, now based in New Jersey, and a strong foundation in programming, mathematics, and technology. I have professional tutoring experience supporting students at the college level and currently teach STEM and coding to young learners in a classroom environment.
Beyond tutoring, I have built production-grade software systems, including an AI-powered compliance platform with which means I bring real engineering experience into my teaching. I understand how the concepts students learn in class connect to the real world, and I use that perspective to make lessons more meaningful and relevant.
I am patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every student's progress. I believe that anyone can understand technology and mathematics with the right guidance, and I take pride in being that guide. I hold an Associate's degree in Computer Science with a 3.7 GPA and have hands-on tutoring experience supporting students across math, programming, and STEM subjects. I currently teach STEM and coding in a classroom setting and have built real-world AI and software systems professionally, so I bring practical knowledge into every lesson, not just textbook theory.
My approach starts with understanding where each student is struggling and why. I break down complex topics into smaller, digestible steps, use real examples to make abstract concepts click, and adjust my pace to match each learner.
