I currently teach for my local authority as a Home Teacher; I also teach privately.
I have teaching experience of over 20 years, working with all ages from KS2 upwards and have worked in mainstream, independent and alternative school settings. I have also worked in colleges, adult education and sixth form colleges.
I am very skilled at working with students with additional needs and learning difficulties and have been a SENDCo and SEN Teacher. I am familiar with the majority of learning difficulties, including SEMH, ADHD, ASC etc.

Hi, I'm a friendly, chilled out teacher and take the time to get to know my students. Following an initial consultation/diagnostic assessment I will provide students with the teaching in their areas of need, as indicated/agreed. I can offer a variety of learning methods, but always work with my students' strengths and preferred method. All sessions are 1:1, open and friendly.
