Hello! I’m Elaiza, an English tutor from Davao de Oro, Philippines. Hello! I’m Elaiza, an English tutor for kids and adults. My goal is to make learning English simple, fun, and comfortable for every student. I share my knowledge through clear explanations, practical examples, conversations, and interactive activities that help students improve their vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
I use student-centered teaching methods, meaning my lessons are based on your needs, goals, and learning pace. I include games, pictures, reading exercises, speaking practice, and everyday conversations to make learning easier and more enjoyable. I also encourage students to ask questions, express their ideas, and learn from their mistakes without fear.
A typical lesson starts with a friendly greeting and a short review. Next, we introduce the topic and practice through guided activities and exercises. We then apply what we learn through speaking, reading, or writing activities, followed by feedback and a short review to check your progress.
I have experience teaching children as part of my education studies, and I also help learners improve their English skills. I am patient, encouraging, and committed to helping every student feel supported and confident. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adjust my teaching methods and materials to suit each learner.
