About Light
Hello future students! My name is Maya, and I'm an enthusiastic 11th-grade student here in India, currently immersed in my studies as I prepare for medical college. While my academic focus is on the sciences, I've always held a deep appreciation for the English language and a knack for understanding its intricacies. Even as I navigate my own learning journey, I've found joy in helping others grasp concepts that might seem challenging at first. I believe that learning should be an engaging and supportive experience, and I'm eager to share my understanding of English with you. Having recently navigated the middle school curriculum myself, the concepts are fresh in my mind, and I can explain them in a way that resonates with your experiences. My motivation for sharing my knowledge stems from a genuine desire to help you build a strong foundation in English. As a tutor, my approach is centered around creating an engaging, supportive, and relatable learning environment where middle school students feel comfortable exploring and mastering the English language.
My teaching techniques are designed to be interactive and cater to different learning styles. I utilize a variety of methods, including:

While I remain flexible to address specific student needs, a typical class might follow this structure:
Warm-up (5-10 minutes)
Core Lesson (20-30 minutes)
Interactive Practice (15-20 minutes)
Application/Creative Task (10-15 minutes)
Additional time for homework, and a doubt session
In short an hour class with lots of fun and learning
As a student myself, i bring relatability, understanding, and mostly patience in my teaching.
My English classes are specifically intended for school children in middle school (typically Classes 1 through 8)
