About Andrew
I am a university student in Edinburgh who enjoys helping others build confidence in Maths. Having gone through school exams myself not long ago, I understand the pressure students can feel and the areas where they often get stuck. I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving steadily and developing real confidence in their ability.

I teach GCSE, A Level, National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher Maths, with lessons tailored to each student’s level, needs and goals.
I achieved all A grades, including 96% in Advanced Higher Maths, and studied Mathematical Modelling and Analysis at UCL (University College London) as part of Mechanical Engineering.
My teaching style is clear, supportive and results-focused, helping students improve understanding, strengthen problem-solving skills and build confidence for exams.
Lessons are usually one hour and focus on key topics, step-by-step examples and targeted practice in weaker areas.
