Rhys was an excellent tutor and really helped me grasp a deep understanding of the principals of chemistry. Not only does Rhys have an in-depth knowledge and understating of the subject he was able to impart his wisdom in a way that was understandable to me and relatable.

Rhys will make for a fantastic tutor. He is a highly approachable and friendly guy who always goes the extra mile to help. One of the best things about Rhys' character is his encouraging nature, motivating people to be the best that they can be.

Rhys is also punctual and organised and would ensure that any tutor sessions are well-structured and with a clear outcome/goal in mind.

His knowledge of chemistry is second-to-none following on from his multiple degrees in the discipline. Rhys is not like a normal academic though; he is very good at explaining highly complex terms in a very comprehensible and coherent manner which everybody can follow.

I have known Dr. Lodge for many years, in both a professional and social capacity. He has always impressed me with with well rounded and in-depth scientific knowledge. Whilst chemistry is certainly his area of expertise, his understanding of wider scientific study makes him doubly as effective as a researcher and I believe this will also transfer well into a tutoring role.

I have firsthand experience of seeing Dr. Lodge teach laboratory skills to university undergraduates. Not only is he an effective communicator, but his likable nature keeps students fully engaged at all times. When students are invested in a topic they are much more likely to achieve.
