About Nagendra Pragna
I am M N Pragna, currently pursuing an MSc in Data Science at Queen Mary University of London. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NITK Surathkal, one of the top 10 engineering colleges in India, with solid foundations in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Over time, I’ve developed expertise not only in these subjects but also in advanced fields like AI, ML, and Data Science. I want to teach because I enjoy breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy-to-grasp ideas. During my studies, I often helped peers and juniors understand tricky topics, which gave me confidence in my ability to explain clearly. Tutoring allows me to: 1)Help students gain confidence in problem-solving 2)Build a strong foundation for their academic success 3)Continue learning myself by revisiting the basics while explaining them in new ways My goal is to support students at the GCSE level (ages 13–16) in building strong fundamentals and achieving their best results — while making learning engaging and approachable.

My Teaching Approach: I make Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Trigonometry easy to understand by breaking down complex concepts into simple, clear steps. I use real-life examples, diagrams, and practice problems so students not only learn but also gain confidence in applying knowledge to exams and everyday situations. Lesson Style: 1)Interactive and step-by-step explanations 2)Practice questions during and after lessons 3)Regular feedback and progress tracking 4)Typical lesson: 1 hour (flexible if needed) About Me: I am currently pursuing an MSc in Data Science at Queen Mary University of London, with a strong academic background in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, India). I have hands-on experience guiding students in Maths and Science at school level.
