About Oscar
I can help students who are struggling with Maths and Physics at all levels. I often find that students who would definitely not say that Physics and Maths are their favourite subject begin to enjoy it a lot more when they are taken through the problem-solving process at a pace that suits them, something that schools often do not have the resources to do. Through my time studying Physics at the University of Manchester I developed a range of analytical skills which I communicate to my students, allowing them to learn independently and break up any challenging questions into manageable chunks. My speciality lies in helping students who have lost self-belief in Maths and Physics regain their confidence and find the fun in the subject! I offer online tuition using an interactive site called Bramble where I can see the student's working out and identify any problem areas. Every student is different, and sometimes the way things are taught in class can be confusing. My aim is to use a range of different approaches to find the one that works best for each individual student.

Oscar makes every lesson a fun learning experience and our kids have really found a love of their subjects through him. His style of explanation makes the most complex topics seem simple and even my wife and I have learnt a thing or two listening in on the lessons!
