Friendly, affordable beginner violin and viola lessons from a Grade 8 violinist + violist, ideal for children or adults starting from scratch or in the early stages of playing.

I’ve known Sasha a while, and having spent 5 years at school studying French alongside him, there’s no doubt that he has an innate ability to push people to improve. Having completed our French A level, his vocab and grammar are second to none, and anyone would be lucky to have him as a tutor.

Sasha was an absolute star. I started with a decent base level of experience in French. Sasha was very patient with me and extremely helpful. With the help of Sasha, I was able to take my GCSE grade from a 5 to an 8 within a few months with him. Very, very happy. Thank you again, Sasha, it really means a lot.

Sasha is one of the best violin teachers I know! He was extremely supportive and helpful during my beginner stages, where my playing was arguably horrible to listen to. However this didn’t last long as Sash quickly helped me escape the beginner stage. I thoroughly recommend him!

Sasha was my first violin teacher and he did an excellent job. He’s talented, understanding and technically proficient. He was extremely patient with me and created a joyful learning environment. I highly recommended
