About Thomas
I'm a French native speaker with a strong background in mathematics, having completed a science-focused high school diploma with a math specialization. I also studied economics at university for a year, which gave me a solid foundation in economic mathematics and quantitative reasoning. I'm currently based in Dublin, where I offer math lessons to share my passion for the subject and help students build confidence and understanding. My English is more than functional, and teaching also gives me the opportunity to improve it further through meaningful exchanges. I'm a patient and dedicated tutor who values clarity, structure, and adapting to each student’s pace. Outside academics, I’m a big music enthusiast. I love discovering new styles and sharing inspiration through sound.

Each lesson is tailored to the student’s individual needs and learning goals. Before we begin, I always ask which topics they would like to focus on, so I can best prepare and provide the most effective support possible.
I place a strong emphasis on clear methods and structured explanations, while adapting my teaching style to the Irish curriculum and the student’s pace.
Though I completed my studies in France (science stream, with a maths specialisation), I’m fully committed to offering high-quality lessons that fit the Irish system and help students build confidence in mathematics.
The first lesson is half-price, this allows us to get to know each other, assess your needs, and give you a clear idea of my teaching method.
