About Judith
I have traveled extensively throughout the world and enjoy the music, literature, and lifestyles of other countries. When I graduated high school, I went on the Experiment in International Living and was placed with families in Mulhouse, France. That experience, plus having a Swiss boyfriend with whom I lived for several months, made a great deal of difference in my ability to speak French, in addition to my reading and writing aptitude which i gained as a French major in college.

I enjoy learning along with students and so it becomes a partnership. I can follow standard French textbooks but like to add reading from magazines and easy to follow literature. Since I am well traveled in Francophone countries, I have a good grasp of French culture as it spread around the world-- West Africa, the Carribean islands and would bring examples including stories and songs to my curriculum.
