About Jamie
I’m Jamie founder of Manfolk, a trained Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. Manfolk is the product born out of my journey of positive, personal transformation.
My childhood started well then hit trauma, moved through deep loss of personal connection, stress, anxiety and unhappiness in my teen and adult life to a place where I am reconnected to myself, balanced, more present, more whole and future focussed.
As a result of my experience with and positive resolution of many of these challenges, I felt a powerful compulsion to find a way to support other men to empower themselves, make changes in their lives whilst discovering that they have all the resources they need within them to create the life they want. So I made a career change from a senior role in Sales & Business Development to become a Personal Coach and NLP Master Practioner.

I provide a confidential, safe space without judgement for men to be heard, to explore issues that they face and to support them to discover that they have all of the resources within them to overcome challenges and grow.
My focussed and flexible personal coaching programs allow men to easily explore their personal development, clearly define and achieve their goals in an accessible, modular format. Pick up coaching when you need it in a sustainable and flexible way.

I offer 2 types of personal coaching packages. 3 session topic specific @ £250 and 6, 12 sessions for deeper wholistic work at £450 and £850.
