About Shruthi
I’m a second year student at University of Bristol studying Maths. I have completed my A-levels in Maths, Physics and Further maths. I have also had previous experience tutoring children of all ages while working at Kumon as a teaching assistant for Maths and English. I enjoy working with children and find it rewarding when they understand difficult concepts and develop their own interest in the subject.

I usually approach the topic by giving them an insight into its real world applications and by giving a few examples so that they can see how useful it is for themselves. I know a lot of people think maths is a useless subject as they can’t think of any area of life where they’d actually use it, but I’d like to prove otherwise!
