About Mariel
How's it going! I'm Mariel, but you can call me Mari, my love for sewing started at a very young age, but it wasn't until 4 years ago that I started doing it professionally. I am 22 years old and I am from Tamaulipas, I study environmental engineering and I love to travel and watch series. I prefer my classes to be a fun and creative experience, if you have something specific in mind that you want to do, confidently tell me. We will be a great team, I am excited that you are here :)

I'll teach you sewing from scratch!
Our plan:
(You can skip any topic that does not interest you or you already master)
Hand sewing (age: 9 +)
Here we will see types of stitches and what each one is for, later We will do simple projects by hand (for example purses, scrunchies, etc.). Once mastered, we will move on to felt stuffed animals and finally, embroidery and patching.
Machine sewing (age: 14 +)
As above, we will see the stitches of your machine and for what they serve like the presser feet, and I will help you to use your machine. We will start with exercises to master and control the straight stitch and then recreate the projects we made by hand and we will make simple alterations to our clothes. You will finish the course knowing how to make your own clothes from scratch !!

me gustó estar en su clase porque me trató como amiga ella fue a un campamento de arte de mi ciudad y escuchabamos música y nos enseñó a hacer scrunchies y cubrebocas de tela.
Soy alumno de mari, la neta están chidas sus clases, empecé porque quería hacer parches para mis gorras y me dijo que me enseñaba y ahora hago yo mis bucket hats en la maquina de mi mamá desde el inicio y les pongo los parches que hago. La recomiendo mucho 10/10
