About Joanna
I am a lifelong learner and dedicated educator currently completing my MBA in Creative Enterprises at Meridian University. With over 15 years of international experience, I have worked with Fortune Top 50 companies and led multidisciplinary teams of more than ten professionals across 20+ markets. As a founder, entrepreneur, and advisor, I specialize in emergent organizations and transformative leadership. Our team's work has been recognized by the Ad World Masters ranking, where my agency achieved the No. 1 position (ex aequo) in Poland in 2022 and 2023. I bring to my teaching the same professionalism, curiosity, and commitment to excellence that I apply in every business endeavor.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in experiential and value-driven learning, where theory complements practice. I believe that the most effective learning happens through real-world exploration, collaboration, and reflection. In my classes, students are encouraged to experiment, question assumptions, and uncover the interconnections within management, marketing, and organizational design.
I teach Management, Organization, Business Strategy, Digital Marketing, and International Business to students and professionals at various levels—from undergraduate learners to executives seeking to strengthen their leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Each lesson is usually designed to blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, helping learners connect academic models to real business contexts.
A typical lesson begins with a short conceptual overview, followed by interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions. Students often work with live examples or develop strategic documents such as marketing plans, customer journey maps, or organizational frameworks.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my dual experience as a founder and lecturer, combining the perspective of an entrepreneur with that of an academic mentor. Having managed both B2B and B2C brands, I integrate real business challenges into the learning process, ensuring that students gain practical insight into how strategic and ethical decisions shape long-term success.
Ethical and sustainable marketing is a cornerstone of my approach. I guide students to reflect on the social and environmental implications of marketing, encouraging them to develop strategies that align with responsibility, innovation, and long-term value creation. My goal is to help learners not only master business tools but also cultivate self-awareness, integrity, and transformative leadership—skills essential for building resilient and conscious organizations in today’s world.
