About Anagha
I didn’t build my career in a straight line.
I’ve moved across industries and roles, tested different environments, and paid attention to what actually fits my strengths and how I think. Over time, I became very intentional about positioning — not just working hard, but understanding how to align skill set, narrative, and opportunity.
What I learned is this: there is almost always a role that fits you better than the one you’re settling for. Most people just don’t know how to identify it clearly or position themselves strategically for it.
You don’t need to apply to a hundred jobs a week. You need clarity about where you’re going, what you offer, and how to communicate that effectively.
My process has helped me move deliberately across industries and access roles that aligned with my strengths — not by chance, and not by volume-application tactics, but by understanding positioning. That includes resume restructuring, LinkedIn optimization, networking strategy, and sharpening how you articulate your value.
This isn’t about exaggerating your experience. It’s about identifying it properly and framing it intelligently.

We start with you — where you are right now.
First, we define the goal properly. Not just “I want a better job,” but what that actually means. What role? What industry? What responsibilities? What income level? What timeline? What constraints?
Then we assess your current position honestly:
• What skills do you truly have?
• What gaps exist?
• What liabilities or limitations need addressing?
• What advantages are you underusing?
From there, we build a focused strategy. That may include rewriting your CV to reflect your real strengths, restructuring your LinkedIn profile, clarifying your professional narrative, identifying the right networks to access, and defining targeted next steps.
This is not a guarantee that you will land a job immediately. Anyone who promises that is not being honest. What I can guarantee is clarity, direction, and a concrete action plan tailored to you.
By the end of our work, you will know exactly:
• What you’re aiming for
• Why it makes sense
• What steps to take
• And how to position yourself strategically
