About Serra
I moved from Turkey to US five years ago, I study, work, and build my life here.I began my academic journey as a literature student and today I am a business student.
I was a student interested in literature in Turkey, I always read Turkish writers with admiration, with each book I read, I gained a greater understanding of the richness and complexity of my native language.
Living far from home, I really miss my mother tongue and speaking it every day and I’ve grown to cherish it more. Teaching Turkish allows me to stay connected to my language while helping others explore its beauty and depth. I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge with students and helping them gain confidence in their Turkish skills.
