About Michel
With over 35 years of international experience in the world of luxury cuisine, including pastry, sourdough baking, gourmet and family cooking, I have had the chance to cook for the greats of this world from Serge Gainsbourg to Janet Jackson, Mr. Bean to Naomi Campbell, Mr. Bill Clinton to Mrs. Margaret Thatcher...
After 6 years as a trainer for an international culinary institute in New Zealand and Taiwan, COVID made us return to France to open our own hotel on the French Riviera, the cuisine has been recognized by the Gault et Millau culinary guide, as well as by our customers leaving fabulous comments on social networks.
I am a big advocate of healthy, natural cooking, made with fresh, high-quality products and without breaking the bank.
An understanding of tastes and aromas; good seasoning, a quality product can transform a banal dish into a memorable gastronomic experience.
Love is the main ingredient in every dish.

About the lesson

My classes are for all levels, they will be designed for you and for this I will need to know you in order to create a perfect personalized structure.
All recipes will be provided with simple explanations including a technological part in order to understand the reasons for certain actions and methods of work.
From a successfull a mayonnaise to specification, from Angevin cuisine to Indian curry, from the whipping of a Chantilly cream to the mixing of spices and herbs to create your Creole or tandoori seasoning. Everything is possible.
I also offer personalized follow-up for everyone.
