About Oscar
I became a personal trainer to inspire the people around me.
It was after 20 years of Judo and 12 years as a top athlete, winning numerous competitions across Europe, that I decided to change my life and focus on sharing my passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle.
Sport has always been my passion and since I was a child I have always loved training and enjoying life to the fullest. I started my sports career at the age of 4 doing Judo and I had to wait a few years before becoming an elite athlete.

As a former professional Judoka, I gained expertise in biomechanics, science and different training techniques, as well as flexibility and nutrition. My concept is simple but effective: to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere where you can benefit from a personalized sports training experience to achieve your goals.
My goal is to create programs tailored to your body and mind to meet your specific needs and daily fitness. With my personalized sports coaching, you will benefit from tailor-made support in your process of physical and mental change, at a key moment in your life.

Whether you want to improve your motor skills, strengthen your health, develop good posture or work on your physical abilities, I am here to help you make the decision to get involved and persevere in your efforts.
In addition to these physical benefits, sport also helps to limit the appearance of pathologies such as cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure or diabetes. It tones muscles, builds bone density, reduces stress and anxiety.
