About Cynthia
I was a professional athlete from 8 to 17 and before 8 I practiced sports as a hobby, developing in Dance, Gymnastics, Diving and Athletics, I participated in national, national and international Olympics as well as I was part of the national diving team in Mexico. as in Monaco

Exercise should be enjoyed, it always has to be fun and satisfying, that is my methodology, do not regret getting up to move your body a bit since it is physical and mental health, so apart from teaching you to exercise I will do it with you to serve as motivation.
