About Yi Ru
I am a former Singapore National Wushu Team athlete with 12 years of competitive and training experience. I achieved Top 5 in International women’s category and have represented and trained at a high level within the sport.
Through coaching, I hope to share not only technical skills but also the discipline, resilience, and mindset that Wushu has taught me over the years. I enjoy helping students grow in confidence and achieve their personal goals, whether they are complete beginners or aspiring competitive athletes.

Usually 1.5-2 hours - including warm up, cool down and review
Offering personalised Wushu coaching for beginners to advanced students of all ages. Lessons focus on fundamentals, flexibility, strength, coordination, discipline, and performance techniques. Training can include traditional Wushu forms (taolu), basic kicks and stances, conditioning, and competition preparation depending on the student’s goals.
Whether you are learning for fitness, self-improvement, performance, or competitive training, lessons are tailored to your experience level and pace. I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment while helping students build confidence, technique, and consistency.
