I have a Bachelor in Biology, Master in Medical Science, and 3 years of experience in medical school. I have taught 10 students over the years, most of them classmates who were struggling with course material, and helped them bring their grades up by at least two letter grades.

My teaching method varies from student to student, depending on what the problem areas are, and their most efficient learn style. If the help desired is based more in content knowledge, I analyze what is causing the difficulty and plan my lesson structure to work around it. If the help is based more on mental blocks or confidence issues, then the work will consist mostly in building that up with different kinds of drills.
