About Hugo
My full time job is as a Startup Founder so I try to always explain how what the student is learning might be useful later in life at home and in their career. I've previously worked in Finance (Private Equity at BlackRock & Venture Capital at GFC) and as a Product Manager in Startups (SeedLegals in London & Y42 in Berlin).

**For what ages/level:** All students aged 6-18 **Qualifications:** - Maths & Science Teaching Assistant at William Morris Sixth Form - Maths Tutor for 7+ years across all ages 6-18 and across all abilities (SEN & Struggling to Gifted) - School Governor (Deputy Chair of governors) at Harlesden Primary School **Lesson format:** 1 hour lessons focused on finding and fixing knowledge gaps relative to the curriculum or exam board. I try to adapt my examples to the student's interests and, for younger students, to go on learning adventures within their interests!
