About Esther
I am a trained and certified teacher with a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from the National University of Singapore. I have taught Mathematics for several years in a Singapore high school and now provide online tutoring for students in Years 4–10 (Australian Curriculum). I offer personalized Math preparation tuition for: WA GATE (Gifted and Talented Education) entry exams Primary Math Olympiad competitions High School Math Specialist Test Preparation. My lessons are conducted one-to-one via Zoom (preferred), focusing on developing problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and a genuine love for Mathematics.

I have a passion for simplifying mathematical concepts and making them easy for students to understand and apply. I also have a keen sense of guiding students towards effective learning and exam strategies, tailored to their individual strengths and weaknesses. These skills have been refined and proven over my years of teaching and private tutoring, consistently helping students gain confidence and achieve strong results — including students who have successfully qualified for Perth Modern School and Rossmoyne Senior High School’s Mathematics Specialist Program. I also have access to a wide range of high school exam resources and past test materials, which help students practice effectively and prepare with confidence.
