A typical day with me starts with a conversation about our essential question. Whether that is discussing what evidence would be sufficient to prove a hypothesis, or what patterns we see in an optical illusion, I always begin with the perspective of how to use what we learn in the real world.
After that we look at the problem we're discussing. What are the challenges that we face? What do we know? What methods have we previously discussed may be useful in this situation? You are capable of discovering the answer all on your own, I am here to help guide you in that thought process.
Geometry is my specialty, but anyone looking to become a better mathematician should reach out to me. Math is just like a language, you just have to practice.
