About Andree
I want to share my passion for fitness and sports nutrition because a few years ago I did not have a healthy physical condition for myself. I wanted to change my life and my body, but I had to forge my own path, I started studying nutrition, weight training and types of exercise for that purpose. It took me a lot of time and effort, but I did it. I want to share my learning and save my clients the work that cost me. We can all have a healthy body!

The diets offered are in calories, number of meals and according to the personal and specific characteristics of each client. Each person has a different metabolism and different ways of optimizing the caloric expenditure that will be sought with the caloric deficit diet.
Highly nutritious foods such as oatmeal or canned fish will be implemented.
