I've been a Chef for over 10 years in the D.C. area. My family and I migrated to D.C. from Naples, Italy in the 90s so as you can imagine my specialty is Italian cuisine. I can teach you traditional well-known recipes and recipes that are only enjoyed in an Italian home.

Throughout the years, I have had the pleasure of learning different techniques from others while maintaining the authenticity of my generational recipes. I've had the pleasure of passing my knowledge down to others as I've mentored dishwashers into line cooks, kids into confident kitchen helpers, and individuals into proud home cooks via virtual lessons. We start the lesson at your experience level with the goal of completing a dish/recipe.

My price rate is per student, for example if you wish to do a couples class then the rate is per person. Webcam is more expensive due to the fact that I would have to purchase the same indegrients as you in order to teach the lesson. Travel rate includes transportation and materials if needed.
