About Stephanie
I played division one basketball at the University of Toledo where I gained knowledge and experience relating to nutrition and fitness. Since graduating with a degree in physiology, I have dedicated my time to increasing that knowledge while competing in multiple fitness competitions. I now serve as a coach to share my knowledge and experience with others in order to help them reach their fitness goals. I specialize in creating specific nutrition and workout plans tailored to my clients current fitness level and can adapt workouts and exercises for everyone. If you chose me as your trainer I will teach you not only how to reach your goal, but to sustain it long term.

When you chose me as your trainer, I will create a customized nutrition plan based on your food preferences and fitness goals. I will then work with you to create a workout plan ranging from cardio, weight lifting, body weight exercises, resistance band training, etc. I will also teach and demonstrate each exercise to ensure proper form. Depending on my clients preference, I can also lead them through any workout of their choosing.
