About Sophia
I played 4 years of collegiate field hockey, one year in DIII, and three years in DII. I was a starter all years I was eligible to play. I played defense my last three years, but have experience playing all positions (except goalie). I have experience coaching a varying age range of children.

No one is too good to learn fundamentals. It is extremely important to create good habits when learning any skill (academically or athletically). Fundamentals are key is succeeding in any sport. Once these fundamentals are established, we can work toward learning more difficult skills.
