I try to have a global approach ashtanga way: to put an intention at the beginning of the course, to stay on the breath, to be in the effort and to dose it, to be in the comfort for a session very soft in the respect of the body, work on different spiritual themes, prepare and strengthen the body and mind to achieve your goals, meditation at the end of the session accompanied by mudra, mantra and self-massage.
Thematics workshop all the year long, ask me by message on this website or check out my Facebook or Instagram at " Yoga Mama Alsace ".

Excellent!
