About Raisa
The methodology used in my classes is the communicative approach, that is, throughout the classes, the four skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are always exercised in a communicative and contextualized way. In addition, my classes are prepared by taking into account the needs of each student, which hinders the well-known frustration of not being able to learn the language.

I have been teaching English and Portuguese for over ten years. I have a masters degree in education from Trinity College Dublin, a diploma in English language teaching from UFMG and a degree in languages and literature from UFF. I have worked in several language courses and schools in Rio, which enabled me to get in touch with several teaching methodologies.
