About Jhonny Javier
I'm Javier, a truly passionate of sports, and of football soccer in particular.
After having played in my youth days now I dedicate my time to learn more about developing players to help them becoming the best versions of themselves.
I'm supportive, passionate, friendly, but also with a strong focus on player's development.
"Football developing is like farming, not every player will look like another one. So our job is to find the right conditions to make sure all the crops grow"
