Teaching Method and Techniques:
I believe in a hands-on approach to teaching, where I actively engage with my students to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals. I utilize a combination of demonstration, instruction, drills, and scrimmage play to reinforce fundamental techniques, improve tactical understanding, and build confidence on the field. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and mental resilience in achieving success in flag football.

Typical Lesson Plan:
A typical lesson plan begins with a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for training. We then move on to skill-specific drills tailored to the needs of the individual or group, focusing on areas such as passing, catching, route running, defense, and game strategies. Throughout the session, I provide constructive feedback, correction, and encouragement to ensure continuous improvement. The lesson concludes with a cool-down period and a recap of key takeaways for future practice.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor:
What sets me apart as a tutor is my unique combination of experience working for an NFL team, championship experience as a youth coach, community engagement, and leadership in NFL flag football development. My firsthand experience working for an NFL team, coaching championship flag football teams and serving as an athletic director for an NFL flag league equips me with valuable insights, strategies, and connections that I bring to every tutoring session. I am deeply committed to empowering athletes of all ages and skill levels to reach their full potential and achieve success both on and off the field.

Who the Lessons Are For:
My football tutoring lessons are suitable for individuals, teams, and groups of all ages and skill levels who are passionate about improving their football abilities.
