I adopt different teaching methodology i.e., Elicitation, sign posting , mime and also realia . Sometimes it is necessary to involve the whole class input but at the same time is vital to focus on individual grooming to bring better results as every student have their own pace of learning. Classes are structured both in groups or individual learner. I always go by making Learners to read the given content , so that they have better understanding of vocabulary words and the context they are used. Followed by dictating notes of important points to remember or breifs of chapters. For me self practice is most important , so if I talk about grammar I prefer giving maximum of practice for a topic from related books and assignments. Hence, take their test for the topics taught in following days.
