About Jennifer

My name is Jennifer and I fell in love with accounting since I took my first course in Grade 11 in high school. And ever since then, I never looked back. :)
I went on to complete my Master of Accounting degree from University of Waterloo in 2005 and received my CPA, CA designation in 2007. I have worked in public accounting (KPMG) & in some of the largest retailers in Canada (Canadian Tire and Pet Valu head office).
On the tutoring side, I have taken full-time courses in Child & Youth Care at Durham College. I have also tutored with the Learning Disabilities Association of York Region for 3 years.
Originally from Hong Kong, I speak fluent Cantonese if you feel more comfortable learning in this language (I'm fluent in English too!)

My goal is to help you by breaking down complex topics into bite-size easy-to-understand material. The sessions will be based on your course content and what you would like to achieve.
