About Mel
I am a Tutor, Assessor and a Personal Trainer - I specialise in Women’s Health, Pre/Postnatal and Childrens Fitness. I’ve been in the dance and fitness industry since 1999, I was a professional Salsa Dancer for almost 20 years and I created a Fitness Franchise called Beatz Fitness.
