About Jessica
I'm 25 years old - my training has led me to work in 4 different countries. I am SO grateful for all that has lead me to develop the fitness approach I have now...
Changed my life, my attitude towards fitness, my empowerment and confidence. Lead me to work beside incredible people.
Started training, moving, in classes since 8 years old. Moved by love of dance,
Training, understanding how to acheive performance through intricate and differences in stance, posture, movement direction and more!
Asked to teach since age 12, guiding all ages, abilities, disabled, parents to FUN and Enjoyment and physical improvement, success and performance through dance.
Running these classes, fitness, strength and technique and more. Each designed specific to the specific outcome and ability.
(very rehearsed and) Experienced in identifying a performance or physicality desired and the techniques, steps, direction and progression to get there.
I wanted to achieve more from my performance and ability in dancing - so I looked to further study and exercise other methods of exercise. Leading me to what I know and how I have achieved now.
I wanted more strength to do skills, have more energy, more of a fit body, mobility and flexibility too. I had much trial and error, trying to fit other molds. But finally, through all the tests, workouts - I understand where results are fostered and generated. Understood the approach! My new approach!
