About Emmanuel
I am a computer science student in the University of Calabar. I am a dancer, an athlete, a body builder and a nice chef. My specialty is in the way I relate workout to normal everyday activity which makes it more fun and less stressful.

My teaching method is very simple as I relate my routines to general everyday work. My lesson structure is a mix of both dance, aerobics and repetitions which helps brush you to shape in little or no time. Time for rest is also very necessary as this keeps the muscles healthy while building them up
