About James
I’m a fitness instructor and music producer with a lot of experience in the fitness industry, I have participated in several competitions and worked with various individuals both male and female. Working with different clients has helped me perfect my techniques in demonstrating and planning workout routines which has led to positive impacts in the lifestyles of most of my clients.

This is a continuous online course for those trying to keep fit, maintain a healthy lifestyle or even planning on participating in bodybuilding competitions. As a fitness coach myself I work with both male and female clients and have help a lot of individuals achieve their dream physique. This course will be a personalized course for everyone as everyone has different goals they are trying to attain but roughly every participant of this course will be exposed to workout demonstrate, workout routines and basics of meal planning. Each lesson will last an hour long.
