About Tayla
I have just recently graduated from TAFE, with my Certificate IV in Fitness and Master Trainer Level 1 qualification. Whilst I am relatively new to the role of being a Personal Trainer / Exercise Professional, I have already had some experience in the fitness industry, including fitness coaching for kids and dancers.

Offerings: one-on-one fitness sessions, small group fitness sessions, education sessions (injury prevention, nutrition and more), body conditioning, pilates, strength building, cardiovascular and endurance training, balance and coordination, flexibility, yoga, fitness for dancers and more.
How the sessions run:
1) Pick your time, date and session length (30, 60 or 90 minutes)
2) I will spend some time getting to know you and what you would like to achieve from our sessions together (goal setting)
3) We will come up with an action plan filled with the most suitable strategies for you, and your journey to success will begin
