About Yeva
Hi! I’m Yeva — a fitness coach, mentor, and forever student of movement and mindset. I help women reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel proud of what they see in the mirror — without burnout, shame, or extremes. This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a mission. Years ago, I used to chase “perfect” results. Overtrain. Undereat. Doubt myself. Until I realized: discipline should come from self-respect, not self-hate. Now, I coach with a new philosophy: strong body — stable mind — soft heart.
